We are a fitness community dedicated to building strong women through functional training and nutrition support.

We offer a variety of in-studio and virtual group-led classes daily and 6-week bootcamp sessions throughout the year. Kaia workouts are group-based and led by certified trainers who will help ensure you are working safely and effectively for amazing results. We offer personal training in a group atmosphere and it is for EVERY woman…each of our exercises has a low-, mid-, and high-impact option so

We started our She Rises CORE session this week, which includes a lot of moving pieces this summer: steps, hikes, play, reflection, nutrition, community, and yes...strength training! 💪

The truth is, strength training is built in all of our workouts. Cross Training, Power Hour, TRX, and many of our other classes include strength-focused movements and resistance training.

What makes Wednesdays different is that they're slower, more intentional, and focused on specific lifts and movement patterns that progress over time.

One of the biggest benefits of a structured strength program is that every workout has a purpose.

Our Wednesday Strength Training workouts this session aren't random. They're designed to build on each other over 13 weeks, helping members improve movement quality, build strength, develop confidence, and develop skills that carry over into every other Kaia class.

Whether someone is brand new to lifting or has been attending Strength Training for years, there's a next level available.

For a lot of you, Coach Malissa needs no introduction.

She’s been part of the Kaia community for literally forever. She’s shown up through workouts, challenges, friendships, celebrations, and all the moments that make this place special. Now she’s taking the next step and stepping onto the coaching floor and we could not be more proud to have her on our team!

TODAY is Malissa’s first day coaching Cross Training at 4:30pm and 5:30pm and we’d love to pack those classes with familiar faces!

We just want to take a minute to celebrate every single woman who completed this BRIK session. You decided to do something hard and you followed through. That is no small thing!! 🙌

And we have to give a special shoutout to two women who really stood out this round…

👑 Kaia Queen: Mary
Perfect attendance the entire round, even after being out of town for a couple weeks. Lost the highest percentage of body fat while keeping all of her muscle. She kept finding a way to show up, no matter what.

💪 Kaia Beast: Karla
Highest muscle mass gained, 9 double days, and lost body fat while building muscle at the same time. She went all in!

BRIK is a wrap and today was just the absolute best!!

We started the day at our Saturday morning classes handing out awards. Shout out to everyone who hit Perfect Attendance this session, 30 workouts in 6 weeks is genuinely hard and you should be so proud! Shout out to our Double Day people because WOW.

And our Kaia Queen for this BRIK is MARY who rocked it so hard this session (and always)! So proud of her and so grateful she let us put a crown on her head this morning.

Our Kaia Beast is still TBD because we are waiting to surprise her in the gym in person. Stay tuned for that! 🤩

After our classes we had our Kaia Family Picnic! Good food, good people, kids running around, backyard games, great conversations… just a really happy afternoon with our Kaia friends and their families.

We just love this community so much! It sounds cliché but it really is more than a gym and days like today prove it. Thank you to everyone who’s a part of it!
