Fairbanks Yogis! Join me for my last class at Heart Stream Yoga before my move to the big city of Los Anchorage! Rather than our regularly scheduled Hot Power class, let’s meet outside at the park for a half Power / half Yin class!! I’m hoping to come up to visit a few times next year and teach some workshops, but no exact plans yet. Let’s enjoy this beautiful summer weather with a nice balanced yoga practice! Hi Fairbanks yogi friends! If you haven’t heard, I’m moving to Anchorage soon and this will be my last Hoarfrost class for some time. I hope to visit Fairbanks now and again to teach a few classes around town, including at Hoarfrost, but no exact plans yet. Lovely warm & sunny afternoon for my first monthly Arctic Roots Yoga class at Hoarfrost Distillery! We even had the door open while we rocked a challenging Vinyasa flow and then melted into a little Yin. Class ended with some treats and a cocktail or two.
