Have you completed the skills in our beginner pole class but not quite ready for intermediate Pole. This class focuses on clients and inverts to get you ready for the skills needed in intermediate Pole.
Feel free to pop into the level up class if you’re wanting to get a level up . Also feel free to accompany this with the intermediate or beginner pole class for an extra boost in training!
