WOD for Warriors is right around the corner!
Team RWB has teamed up with Tailor Made Health & Fitness this year and we are both excited for this new relationship. TMHF will be holding in-person classes twice/week for four weeks beginning the week of 18 October. The WOD itself will be held at Tailor Made's new location on 13 November. Keep an eye out for more details.

Previous military service is not a requirement to be a member of Team RWB: "Our chapters and the Team RWB App deliver virtual and local, consistent, and inclusive opportunities for veterans and the community to connect through physical and social activity. Volunteers host regular fitness activities, social gatherings, and community service events, and facilitate building strong local connections with members and organizations within the community."
