Here is the gym I was telling you about today Cirque Alaska . It’s a beautiful gym my friend Bethany Russell owns with lots of fun core and strength training classes. I highly recommend! And the core/strength training would be a great fitness compliment to the Zumba classes you are already doing! You can never have too much fitness!😝🙌😁💪❤️

It’s time!! Just a friendly reminder that our Zumba classes are back!! 45min/$16/Zumba drop-in classes begin the weekend of Jan 6th at 40 Below Fitness!! 🙌🎵🎶😁🫶🥰🪩
Four weekend classes to choose from so everyone will have plenty of room to dance! Sign up is through my Zumba instructor page: https://www.zumba.com/p/Phoebe-Flanagan/19686 (no walk-ins due to limited space). Make sure to only sign up for classes you can attend, as it’s unlikely I will be able to transfer you to another class and there are no refunds. If you want to send a friend in your place that’s ok!👍😁
