Do you bear the weight of feeling like you have to do it all?
What I can tell you is that in the past 6 years I have had to learn to delegate. Sometimes being a super hero means learning how to give stuff to other people and not feel guilty about it! To empower others to carry out tasks that you can’t or shouldn’t be doing. A super hero can’t change the world if they aren’t strong and don’t have energy.
YOU CAN’T BE BRAVE AND CHANGE THE WORLD IF YOU ARE TIRED!
