Shockwaves VA Youth Running Club

We are a traveling youth running DISTANCE club for those who want to take their running to the next level.
The Shockwaves are a traveling Youth XC/Track Club and we compete at USATF/AAU Youth club events. The Shockwaves also compete at local meets in the National Capital Region, several meet locations are in the Fairfax/Springfield/Burke area. For XC meet events requiring non-local travel, most are within a 1-2 hour drive. This year we will take our athletes (that are fortunate enough to qualify) to th
