Welcome to 2022!

With the new year I’ve decided to increase my online presence by reactivating the Catalyst Personal Fitness Face Book page and start posting exercise snippets as well as fitness program and equipment advice. Let me know if you have fitness questions you would like to have addressed or exercises you would like to see.

Since March of 2020 I have been training clients virtually, using Zoom and FaceTime. Prior to the pandemic I would have never thought I could effectively train a client virtually. I was wrong.

The virtual environment has been hugely successful. In fact, most of my clients prefer the virtual sessions over the prior in-person training. They are training in their place at their time. The workouts are developed around equipment my clients have on hand supplemented by inexpensive equipment such as resistance tubes and bands. And I am still seeing client progression in strength, balance, and flexibility.

As we begin the new year, let me know if you know anyone who wants to improve their fitness program or start in an entirely new direction. I offer complimentary assessments to determine fitness goals; physical strengths and limitations; and personal exercise preference. From this I can develop a personalized fitness program that will take them into 2022!

Rob
