In their final game of the season, the Blue Jays defeated the Brewers 4-2. It was a very good game played by two very good teams. The Blue Jays were anchored by great pitching by Levi Rabtoy and Ben Stevens. Jack Hernandez led the offensive with 2 timely hits and Ben Stevens got on base in all his 3 at-bats. The defense was stellar from the first pitch until the last out.

Brewers and Blue Jays play their final regular season game tomorrow at 10 AM at the J&L Field. Please come and join us!

Today the Blue Jays faced a strong team from Milton. The game was very close but the Blue Jays came out on top 7-6. Mason Garrow, Bryce Wright and Jack Hernandez combined for a solid pitching performance striking out a total of 13 Milton batters. Our top of the order of Ben Stevens, Quinn Gaudette and Jack Hernandez combined to hit 8-8 with 6 singles, 1 double, 1 triple, 4 RBI and 5 runs scored. Thank you Todd for umpiring our game.

For our last practice of the year we did a 5 skills challenge. Hitting, bunting, infield, outfield, and pitching. Out of a possible 100 pts, our top three scores were: Ben Stevens with 60 pts (golden hat), Mason Garrow with 56 pts (top hat) and Jack Hernandez 55 pts (mexican hat). All the kids got a pack of baseball cards as a parting gift from coach Hernandez.
