Many diet programs will tell you that you should drink plenty of water throughout the day! Unfortunately, not everyone is a water lover!
To help you with this important diet requirement, I will advise you to always add some fruits into your water and let it infused before drinking it.
Why? Because infused water have so many benefits such as
-reduce bloating
-cleanse and detoxify the body
-speed up your metabolism
-promote weight loss
And It is deliciously flavored !
Try these Lemonade recipe if your goal is to have a flat belly, drink it throughout the day
Recipe:
-Mix 1 cup of green tea with 1 lemon juice and add some lemon and orange slices with a spring of mint
-Wait 20 minutes before drinking it

Every week, pick a day where you will JUICE! What does it mean?
During weekends, we usually treat ourselves with ice creams, favorite meals, pastries and so on.
So when Monday comes, we have to get back to our habits and gym routine so to do that, cleanse your body system first to get rid of unwanted toxins and speed your metabolism to activate FAT BURNING for the week!
EFFECTIVE JUICING= GREEN SMOOTHIE ALL DAY!
TRY this recipe:
Mango, Spinach, Apple, Almond milk (allergic to almond? Replace it with 2% milk)
HAVE A GOOD START OF THE WEEK!

30 Jumping Jacks
20 Push UPS
20 Squats
30 Crunches (FOR ABDOS)
20 High Knees ( Run in place while lifting your knees high enough)
20 Lunges
1minute plank
1minute (put your back against a wall and pretend that you are seating on a chair so bend your knees and maintain this position)
