We’re excited to welcome Ava Thys to the Hammerzone team!Â
Ava is a standout collegiate shortstop entering her senior season after a successful career at SUNY Oneonta and SUNY New Paltz. She earned First Team All-SUNYAC honors at shortstop, NFCA Second Team All-Region recognition, and is a two-time NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete. Her leadership, consistency, and experience in the middle infield make her a great resource for players looking to elevate their game.
Ava will be available for private lessons on Mondays at Hammerzone and is ready to help athletes improve their defensive skills, softball IQ, confidence, and overall performance on the field.

HammerZone Travel Softball is building something different — and we’re looking for committed players to join our 13U Tournament Team. We're looking for players with a strong softball background for a competitive tournament team coached by 3 experienced travel coaches with a state-of-the-art facility for winter workouts and weather cancellations. Rapsodo, HitTrax, and other tech to provide metrics and track progress!
