As I reflect on my many blessings this Thanksgiving, I want to take the time to tell all of you how very THANKFUL I am for YOU.
The mission of Empower Fitness to be a supportive community of women dedicated to living healthy lives.
Even through this pandemic, you have continued to support this special space for ALL of us to maintain mental and physical health. We have continued our Journeys to Health and I can't tell you how much this has meant to me! Because of you, I am able to keep our doors open for our Empowered COMMUNITY.
Throughout our 6 years at Empower, we've had so much fun working out, dancing, singing, cooking, sharing stories, and socializing. I've loved seeing how you are taking what we do together and sharing it with those around you.
Always remember that there is no greater gift you can give yourself and those you love than the gift of HEALTH. We support and LOVE each other as we celebrate our Journeys to Health!
