A place to clear your mind and strengthen your body! Certified personal trainers are also available to help members reach their fitness goals.

The club's fitness facility offers an ArcTrainer, StepMaster by LifeFitness, Precor treadmills, elliptical trainers, upright and recumbent bicycles, dumbbells, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and a floating hardwood floored area for a variety of exercise classes. Cari Pacheco is International's Fitness Director.
