It is Ballet Stretch moment in the studio . Not planned but a wonderful picture moment captured during a lesson. Each person was doing a version of ballet stretch appropriate for their body . This exercise opens up your front line - chest , hip flexors at the same time stretches your back line while trying to control and stabilize the movement . Pilates is for everyone . Stretch , strength and Control .
