Why you’re missing “easy” balls. 🎾👇

Ever wonder why a simple slice sometimes just... dies in your racquet? Or why a heavy topspin ball pops up like a balloon?

It’s not your timing. It’s Spin Induced Deflection. Think of the ball like a tire (Slide 2). When it hits your strings, it doesn’t just bounce—it “drives” in the direction it’s spinning.

• Underspin wants to drive your racquet face down.
• Topspin wants to climb your strings and pop up.
• Sidespin is like a car with a bad alignment; it “steers” your racquet face and pulls your shot wide of the lines.

Master the deflection, master the court. 🧠.

Stop running aimlessly. 🎾

Ever feel like you’re sprinting across the court but still getting passed? The truth is: Pro-level court coverage isn’t just about speed—it’s about Geometry.

Most players recover to a spot that feels “safe,” but actually leaves the court wide open. If you want to stop being a step behind, you need to master the Point of Recovery.

Swipe through to learn:
• 📐 The Cone of Possibilities: How to bisect your opponent’s options.
• 🧭 The “T” Shortcut: A quick mental compass for lateral movement.
• 🥅 The Goalie Method: Staying centered when you’re at the net.
• ↕️ Vertical Recovery: When to steal time and when to buy it.

The court is too big to cover every inch. These strategies are designed to put you in front of your opponent’s most likely shot, forcing them to hit a “hero” ball just to beat you.
Remember: You can’t always get to the Point of Recovery before they hit, but you can ALWAYS split-step on time. ⚡️

Save and send this to someone who needs help with their recovery!
