This class will teach real techniques, from a experienced fighter turned coach, and will be ran twice a week on Monday and Wednesdays!

Congratulations to our kids and adults who participated at the MDL this past weekend! We are very proud of their performances and the skill, control, and respect they all showed during the event and during their scrimmages, We are looking forward to having more students compete as more events come up and we’re excited for these students to get more experience!

Next week, February 16th and 17th, We will have our Day Camp for Presidents day and the following Teacher Work Day. Sign your kids up for an epic two days of fun, activities, and memories!

On top of our field trips we will also offer games for all ages, reading time, and team building exercises!
