I met .d.lafreniere AKA 2003 that picture is where and when I met him. I know this man over 20 years. He had a vision started teaching in an art room of an elementary school and now has 7 Capital MMA locations. The man, the myth, the legend will be hosting a free Gracie Jiujitsu seminar this Friday October 3rd at 6:15pm. At our Fairfax location.
