Hey guys here’s our weekly schedule!!

Guard passes & Guard defense!! Understanding what your opponent can & can’t do to you from the bottom of the guard makes a huge difference defending their attacks!!

In our juniors class we will be going over curiosity & why that’s such an important skill set for them to develop

Their teaching the kids about being mentally flexible and I love the real world examples their sharing it’s an honor to watch these kids grow into stronger more confident individuals that’s what makes what we do so special

Hey guys,

Here is our weekly schedule we are now in the land of the takedowns!! Set ups, defending takedowns, it’s going to be a ton of fun! 💪

We’re teaching the Juniors this week about Flexibility & why it’s so important for our mental well being! We want them to be able to adapt and adjust as life happens that way they can react appropriately with good decisions! 🙌

We have another apprentice instructor C**t Barton he will be back next week

They are doing a fantastic job helping instruct classes & have begun teaching our brand new group class called the “Rugrat class”

Ages 3-6 if you’re interested in getting your kiddos signed up it’s every Saturday at 12 enjoy the video!!

We’re blessed to have the 3 of them helping teach at Elevation 🙌🙏
