Divisions are designed to keep individuals with like fitness levels together. Watch out for the old guys, they’re tough.

Climbing things is awkward. When I was 9, I was playing in a cinder block walled-in backyard with my friends. Everyone but me climbed the cinder block wall and sat on top, but I couldn’t pull myself up. That day I vowed to never again meet a wall I couldn’t climb.

Separately, I’m pretty sure walls are afraid of Doc Kelsey, PT, DPT.
