One of the best transformations and stories we’ve ever been apart of. We started working with as a client a little over a year ago to this day. Throughout that journey he has lost close to 100 pounds, while also adding new muscle mass to his frame. He fell in love with the field and is now working for us an assistant strength and conditioning coach, while also pursuing his certification as a strength and conditioning specialist. Proud to be a part of his journey and have him on our team.

On November 1st, we plan to run our first ever charity event. Due to the unfortunate cancellation of the Connecticut High School football season, many of the seniors and upperclassmen lost the opportunity to showcase their talents and athletic ability to college coaches, possibly resulting in a loss of opportunity to receiving an athletic scholarship. Our first ever FREE KMK invitational combine will allow these student athletes the exposure they need in order to play at the next level. We will be live streaming various collegiate showcase events as well as the results of each athlete to the colleges in attendance. This football combine will exhibit all athletic measurements assessed at the next level(i.e. 5-10-5 agility test, 10 yard dash, bench press, vertical jump, broad jump, 1 minute bike test). Athletes who are hand selected by coaches from across the state will be invited to this event. All proceeds and donations from the combine will be donated to the Boys and Girls Club of America. We hope to give these athletes the chance they deserve to play at the next level.
