Lion's Den Fitness is a well equipped gym, located in the Pio Costa Plaza on Route 46 in Fairfield, New Jersey.

Stokely Palmer, the Co-Owner/Manager of this 9,000 square foot facility, is a national level NPC competitor, IFBB event promoter and a certified personal trainer. We bring a deep knowledge of physiology and fitness, as well as a friendly and understanding demeanor to every training client and gym member.
