Big congratulations to Trey and Vernon! Both earned spots on their conference All-Tournament teams, and they more than earned it.
Trey lit up the ACC Tournament 🔥 He tied the record for most RBIs in a single ACC Tournament with 13. He also hit .500 with 10 hits and 3 home runs. An unreal week at the plate.
Vernon came up huge for Morehouse on the mound 💪 In the 15-2 elimination win over Kentucky State, he threw 6 innings, gave up just 2 runs on 4 hits, and struck out 5. Then he came back against Benedict in relief, tossed 3 hitless innings, struck out 3, and grabbed the win in a wild 15-11 comeback.
Across 9 innings of elimination baseball, Clay put up a 3.00 ERA, 8 strikeouts, and 2 wins, keeping the Maroon Tigers alive when it mattered most. That’s why he made the SIAC All-Tournament team. 🏆
Proud of you both. Keep going. ⚾

Seasons end. Standards don’t. took the mound twice in the SIAC Championships Baseball tournament — 9 IP, 2-0, 8 Ks, 2 earned runs. What doesn’t show in the box score is the competitor who showed up differently than he did a year ago — calmer, sharper, more himself on the bump.
That’s the momentum nobody can take away heading into the summer next season.
