Let nature back into your home or let yourself out once in a while. Let nature in with more windows, even high ones for privacy, sky window. Open your windows regularly to let fresh air in. Look up at the sky regularly. (That's great for your eyes and inner ears too). Bring natural elements inside, plants, shells, rocks, furniture and bedding made from natural products. Or go outside and get your feet and fingers in the dirt, breathe in some deep breaths, move around, have fun, talk to real people directly
