Movement as medicine…what a radical concept! Has it ever occurred to you that you may not be feeling your best because you lack daily movement? Our lifestyles have become so sedentary that our bodies are deteriorating!
*Aren’t you tired of feeling like s**t?
*How tired are you?
*Tired enough to make a change?
Did you know any amount of movement is good for you? It is recommended to get 150 mins per week which translates to 30 mins, 5 days a week!
That movement can be spilt up throughout the day so really, don’t you think it’s time to stop with the excuses?
Excuses are what will continue to hold you back and keep you feeling like crap!

Day 3…legs are still sore from day 1 🤣 Certain my arms will feel sore tomorrow, such a great 20 min format to ease back into lifting!
Working through a cold this week, blah. But sweating it out really is helpful. It gets my energy back up for the day and I am ready to crash by 9 pm 😂
What helps get you through your colds? Any other suggestions?

Haven’t posted in a bit about my fitness journey but I have still been sticking with it!
Day 2 of doubles in the books. Core and legs…my hamstrings and b***y are sore from yesterday but I felt strong in the movement and check out that core definition….NICE!
I have been sticking with nutrition really well for the past two weeks. Increased water, increased veggies…I feel amazing! Don’t you want that too?
I can help you get there…you have to push the excuses aside!

Sweaty cardio day for me too! I had to stop several times I was that tired with this low impact version of cardio! I loved it!
Coming to the end of another month and I am so proud of the consistency with my workouts! Now I need to get back to consistency with nutrition! I do good most days but I know I can be better! I am going to challenge myself to stay on track for the month of March starting off with a’ refresh’!

B***y day for me, always a fav and I was a sweaty mess too!!
Coming to the end of another month and I would like to kick it up a notch and take it back to doubles. The 30 min format is great but I have time for an additional 30 mins plus I want to challenge myself…what to do? I think I will add a lifting program back on!
Do you have a favorite program that you do??

Full body today, felt so good. Had a great weekend of movement…pickleball on Saturday and pulling weeds on Sunday! Pulling weeds…not so fun but necessary.
Working out may feel that way sometimes too, I know I have my days. BUT, it is so necessary for my well being and making the choice to press play daily always makes my day better!

Lean legs…so incredibly challenging. Leveled up where I could but I might need to back off so that I don’t have to pause. Legs were on 🔥
Finally getting some sun this weekend so back to the pickleball court we go…also need to do some yard work (pulling weeds, yippee!). The movement continues through the weekend though!

B***y day but my quads were on fire, I swear I feel stronger but this workout still remains so challenging! Love it!
