4th of July Boating Logistics & Launch Assistance Request
As we prepare to celebrate the 4th of July and our nation’s 250th anniversary, we are expecting a high volume of members joining us for the festivities this weekend. To help ensure everything runs smoothly, especially with limited parking, we kindly ask for your cooperation with boat launching and trailer storage.
If you plan to be on the water, please consider launching your boat early on Friday. After launching, we encourage you to take advantage of one of the open slips or tie up along a T-pier. We are asking that you either store your trailer at your usual offsite location or at the designated lot provided by Tony Chaver at Fairhope Boat Company: The grass lot between the buildings—located at the top of Volanta—is a convenient spot to leave your trailer before heading back down to the club. (Note: Fairhope Boat Company assumes no liability for trailer storage) That address is 702 Scenic Hwy 98 Fairhope, AL 36532
