The Fairways of Fairhope are proud to announce the formation of a Board of Directors. These seven individuals have stepped up to take the FoF into the future. 18 players tonight for a very warm afternoon round of disc golf. The winning score this evening was -13 under par and a three way tee for second place at -12.
No aces tonight, so we still have $100 up for grabs and a new backup pot starting with today's round.
The Wednesday afternoon doubles toss!
Course: Colony Park
Format: Random draw doubles, best shot.
Check in is at the picnic table by hole #1 from 5:10 to 5:25.
$7 to play or $10 including optional ace pot and CTPs. The ace pot is $100.
There will be one or two cash CTPs and possibly a disc CTP at every toss. All skill levels are welcome and I hope to see you out there!

I will have them available for pickup this week as follows:
Wednesday 5pm at Colony
Hopefully Friday 5pm at Colony
Sunday around noon at FOF
If you see your disc but can't make it to a toss, just send us a message and we'll try to get it back to you!

We had 16 people show up for the noon toss today! The ace pot finally crossed over $100 and was immediately hit again.

Thank you to Jim Horechny, Michael Curtis Whaley, and Ian McDougall for taking care of the course this morning! We were able to knock out the worst of the w**ds and rough this morning from holes 6 to 14 in about 2 hours.
Later this fall I will try to do another work day to add/repair benches throughout the course and probably get new tee signs made.
Just a reminder we will be cleaning up the wooded section of Fairways of Fairhope tomorrow morning! Meet up by hole 14 next to the dog park at 8:30 AM. The focus will be on cleaning up the greens and fairways. So if you can bring a w**d eater, loppers, hedgers, etc that would be awesome!
I will have the lost and found discs with me as well.

23 players today with -16 as the winning score! No aces today so the ace pot for Sunday should be over $100!
Reminder that we will be meeting at Fairways of Fairhope this Saturday at 8:30 by hole 14 to do some cleanup through the wooded section of the course. I will have the lost and found discs with me.
