Eat Clean-ish Simple, sustainable weight loss through balanced nutrition and mindset development

10/27/2026

Your calendar is already doing the most 😮‍💨

Let’s be clear about what exactly you’re signing up for.

Inside Eat Like You Love Yourself, you’ll:
💜 Watch short weekly coaching videos.
💜 Explore the relevant parts of Eat Better, Not Less.
💜 Practice balanced eating, hydration, and awareness during your everyday life.
💜 Use brief journal prompts to notice what’s helping and where you’re struggling.
💜 Get coaching support from me in the private community as you figure out what works for you.

You don’t need to finish the guide before Day 1, write an essay in your journal, or post every meal.

Maybe you try an easier lunch option and realize it still takes too much prep.

Tell me where you’re getting stuck. We can talk through what made it difficult and explore an option that takes less effort.

I check the community regularly and generally respond to questions and comments within 48 hours.

You’re also welcome to share a win, encourage someone, or read through conversations that relate to what you’re working on. Join in when you have the capacity.

💚 November 2–22 • $147
Community and resource access opens October 30th.

By the end of a busy week, the meal you wish you’d handled differently might be the first thing you remember.

Meanwhile, you ate lunch more regularly, kept water nearby, and found an easy breakfast you actually enjoyed.

Those choices deserve some attention, too. 💜

Bila shared that journaling during the Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge gave him something he could return to… so he could see both what went well and where he struggled.

That’s something you’ll have room to explore in our November group.

Your Daily Reflection Journal includes an opening reflection, 21 brief daily entries, and a closing reflection. You can type into it or print it, and your answers can stay private.

Maybe you notice you keep skipping lunch on meeting-heavy days.

You can bring that observation to the community, and we can talk through easy lunch options to keep at work. Then you can try one and see whether it helps.

You’ll have something to look back on and support figuring out what to do with what you notice.

Trying harder can look like adding another food rule: “no carbs after 4,” cutting out foods you enjoy, or pushing through cravings until your next “cheat day.”

You might feel good following the rules at first.

Then you get bored, feel deprived, or have an event or a busy day that makes the plan harder to follow.

When that happens, it can be easy to think, “I fell off. I need to be stricter next time.”

Consistency isn’t built by eating less or adding restrictions.

It’s built by learning how to eat in a way that feels livable.

💾 Save this if you’ve ever felt like you fell off and had to start over.

“I need to get back to what I was doing.”

Okay… but what did “what you were doing” require?

Sunday afternoons for meal prep?
A lunch break you could actually take?
Enough energy to cook when you got home?

Now Sundays include grocery shopping, laundry, and getting everybody ready for the week. Lunch gets squeezed in between meetings. And by dinner, you’re tired of making decisions. 😩

You remember that routine helped you lose weight. But it’s easy to forget everything it took to keep it going.

Looking back, you might also remember feeling deprived, getting bored with your meals, or being tired of all the food rules.

So before you promise yourself you’ll get back to it Monday, ask:
“What helped me then? And what would I need to do differently now?”

Inside the Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge, you’ll practice balanced eating with your current schedule, food preferences, and everyday decisions.

If lunch keeps getting skipped or your dinner plan requires energy you don’t have, bring that to the group. We can talk through what’s getting in the way and explore something else you could try.

💜 Our November group begins November 2nd.

“No eating after 7.”
“A gallon of water every day.”

Rules can feel straightforward when life is cooperating.

Then real life gets in the way and one choice outside the plan feels like you blew the whole thing.

If your next thought is “I’ll start again Monday,” it may be time to make room for a little flexibility.

A change in plans doesn’t have to turn into a lost week.

Share this with someone who feels like one unplanned meal means starting over.

You SAY you love yourself, but…

👀 Is there space for YOU in your schedule?
👀 Do your meals reflect care for your your body?
👀 How do you talk to yourself when eating doesn’t go as planned?

Love isn’t just a feeling. It’s an action.

And when work, family, and everything else need you, self-care can easily get pushed to the bottom of the list.

Skipping meals.
Running on fumes.
Promising to “start over next month.”
Pushing through stress without support.

The Eat Like You Love Yourself Challenge gives you 21 days to practice balanced eating in the life you’re actually living.

You’ll get my Eat Better, Not Less Nutrition Guide, a fillable Daily Reflection Journal, short weekly coaching videos, and a private community for questions and support.
