Down 9 points with 90 seconds left.

This is why we train the way we do.

Lots of people may not like our intensity. They may not like the pressure, the conditioning, the positional sparring, or the expectation to keep fighting when you’re exhausted.

That’s okay.

Because when you’re down 9 with 90 seconds left, nobody cares how comfortable training was.

You need to know how to fight.

There’s a reason we train the way we do. You don’t rise to the occasion. You fall back on your training.
