🎃👻 BOO at Bolton Mansion! 👻🎃

Tristate MMA had a SPOOKTACULAR time out in the community today! 🧡🥋

Our Spin-to-Win prize wheel was a hit, and we loved seeing all the kids show off their awesome Halloween costumes! 🎡🍬

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table, spun the wheel, and joined in on the fun! We hope to see some of those little ghosts, goblins, and superheroes trading in their costumes for Gis & Bpxing gloves, and hitting the mats with us soon! 💪🥋

Today, we take a moment to honor and celebrate the incredible instructors who dedicate their lives to sharing the art of Muay Thai and passing down its traditions.

Being a teacher is about so much more than teaching punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. It’s about building confidence, instilling discipline, earning respect, and inspiring students to become better versions of themselves both on and off the mats.

Traditionally, students may honor their teachers with offerings of:
🌸 Flowers
🕯️ One candle
🙏 Three sticks of incense
These offerings are a beautiful way to express gratitude, respect, and appreciation for the knowledge, guidance, and traditions passed down from teacher to student.

To our instructors at Tri State and teachers throughout the WTBA family, thank you for your passion, dedication, leadership, and commitment to keeping the art of Muay Thai alive for future generations.
A great teacher doesn’t just create great fighters. They create great people. ❤️🥊
Happy WTBA Teacher Day! 🙏 Kasaun Tramel Jeff Jones | Sports Photographer

📸🥋 THE MAN BEHIND THE LENS. THE HEART BEHIND TRISTATE. ❤️🖤

Today we’re giving a special shoutout to someone who deserves a little time in the spotlight — SIFU JEFF! 👏

Owner and founder of Tristate Mixed Martial Arts, father of FIVE, professional photographer, and the man behind Jeff Jones | Sports Photographer . Somehow, between running a gym and raising a family, he still manages to show up for our competitors time and time again.

Jeff has put in the work beyond running Tristate to earn his place matside as part of the media at the organizations we compete with. And the moments he captures? PRICELESS. 📸

From the intensity of competition to the emotions of victory, his photos have become treasured memories, many printed, framed, and proudly displayed in our families’ homes.

And we can’t recognize Jeff without recognizing his wife, Rachael Jones ❤️ Together, these two are such a huge part of the foundation that keeps our Tristate family and this well-oiled machine running.

Without Jeff and Rachael, this Tristate train wouldn’t keep rolling down the tracks! 🚂

The countless hours, sacrifices, and love they pour into this place don’t go unnoticed.

A great gym doesn’t happen by accident. It takes great people to build it and even greater hearts to keep it going.

We love you both and appreciate everything you do. Thank you for giving so many of us a second home and memories that will last a lifetime! ❤️🖤
