Recently, I joined the first graduating class of the Victor Six Health and Fitness (V6) Pilot Program Graduation. This program is a 12-week comprehensive physical training designed to improve physical and mental health of veterans in the community. Thank you to David Christian and Diane Reitz for creating this outstanding program for our veterans!
