Taste of Fitness by No Holds is teaming up with Necco Foster Care to host a day of fun, wellness and community!

You can pre-register for the 5K run / 1 mile walk by using the QR code!

$15 tshirts are available at the event while supplies last!

Registration starts at 8am
5K starts at 9am
1 mile walk starts at 9:10am
Health & Wellness fair starts at 9:30am
We will have vendors, games, prizes, fun for the whole family and so much more!!

An update on Taste of Fitness by No Holds in Shinnston, WV..

Exciting news that the delivery of our cardio equipment, machines and weights will be at the front door, Tuesday, April 14th. We battled some freight issues and delays but everything is in route now! All the while, 2 bathrooms have been installed, signage has been ordered and we’re getting excited about the possibilities in Shinnston, WV!
This gym is just the first step for things to come.

Here’s the plan: (if anything changes, I’ll update you all) I’d like to have a Soft Opening Sunday, April 19th from 9a - 5p. Bring family and friends to check out Taste of Fitness by No Holds at 347 S. Pike Street in Shinnston, WV.
