The Interlaken Heritage Days board and committee will be meeting on Monday, September 21st at 5:30 p.m. in the Gomsrud Park shelter house. During this meeting, we will be holding board elections as well as starting to make plans for the 2027 festival. There are five open board member positions, and officers will also be elected. Anyone interested in helping to plan the festival, in any capacity, is highly encouraged to attend this meeting! We really need the help!! The best weekend of Junking in Iowa. My heart will always be with the Jewell businesses and the way they collaborate and really pull for each other. Then of course I do love the Milford school house and all those gals there. Especially my dear friend Brenda from JB Knacker. It’s where my love for all things vintage started.

If you attended the Fairmont Classic & Vintage Boat Show + Lakeside Vintage Market and have some great photos please share. I misplaced my phone the first couple hours of the event then got so busy I didn’t have a chance to take any.

Jewell Iowa will be hopping. I miss my Brick and Mortar business (Gravy Home Goods) when this rolls around but Grant and I are happy to be a small part of the organization of this event.
