Due to illness I will not be teaching class tonight, however a special guest instructor has stepped up for tonight. I hope you can all attend.

🚨 Flood Relief: Hygiene Donations Needed 🚨

Marion County Rescue Squad is collecting immediate hygiene and items for our citizens who have been affected or displaced by the recent flooding. These donations will be delivered directly to local shelter areas to support those in urgent need.

We are asking for the following items:

🧼 Hygiene & Care Items
• Diapers (all sizes) and adult pull ups
• Baby wipes
• Feminine hygiene products (pads/tampons)
• Toothbrushes & toothpaste
• Deodorant
• Soap & body wash
• Shampoo & conditioner
• Towels & washcloths

🍴 Food & Water
• Bottled water
• Non-perishable snacks (granola bars, crackers, fruit cups, etc.)
• Baby food & formula

🔌 Other Essential Needs
• Phone chargers (all types)
• Power banks (portable battery packs)
• Flashlights & batteries
• New socks & underwear (adult and child sizes)
