Celebration Day! Jae and Misty these ladies have lost a combined 62lbs of weight. They have been working with Aireann for 2 years while they really do not like exercising at all 😅and don’t mind saying so during our sessions, they absolutely spoil her and her pets with treats hoping it’ll make Aireann not push them to do more reps …… It hasn’t worked yet.

Six years of working with this incredible woman, and somehow she keeps finding time for it all. 💪

Between being a UT fan 🧡, a world traveler ✈️, and a great-grandma ❤️, she still makes time to show up and work out twice a week.

Six years of consistency, strength, and proving that there’s always room to take care of yourself.

And yes… she still shows up and gets it done. 👏 Janet Cluck
