At 47, I’m still chasing progress, still pushing my limits, and still holding myself accountable. I expect the same commitment from myself that I expect from every client I work with. My age, my disabilities, my daily pain isn’t an excuse to slow down. It’s another reason to keep showing up, keep working, and keep setting the example.

Sometimes the seasons we experience in life cause us to be intimidated by the possibility of success and happiness. We can not let the past dictate our future. I’m no hypocrite. I know what needs to change and what I will change. A happy, fulfilling, and joyful life is about getting better everyday and choosing to do what feels uncomfortable. Let’s not stay stuck in the mud of the past.
