Vidinha's Shotokan Karate Do's mission is to pass on the integrity of the art of Shotokan Karate Do. We will teach anybody who wants to learn.
Vidinha's Shotokan Karate Do is operated by Sensei Kevin Vidinha who has been training in the art of Shotokan Karate Do for 15 years and holds a Yondan (Fourth Degree Black Belt). Vidinha's Shotokan Karate Do started at Bristol Community College in Fall River, MA giving the students, staff & alumni a chance to learn the martial art for FREE & continues to do so. Our goal is to pass the integrity of our art and to perfect our karateka's character.

Karate is coming back at BCC on Saturday Oct. 9th from 11AM to 12PM

I recently heard about the passing of Sensei Kazumi Tabata. Tabata was my teachers instructor and he is a direct lineage to Gichin Funakoshi training under Isao Obata. Tabata was responsible for popularizing Shotokan Karate-Do here in New England. Although I have never met him in person, I am thankful for his training and passing along his teachings that eventually got passed down to me.
