Females in Action will be hosting Boot Camp exercise classes for the month of August on Norton City Pier!
Join them every Wednesday and Saturday for great waterfront views and peer led exercises 🌞🏋️♀️

Have you ever tried intermittent fasting? There are several timelines you can use. My favorite is 16/8. Eat during an 8 hour time windows and fast for 16! Use your sleep time to your advantage!!! My topical eating wi down is 10am-6pm so I can still have all 3 meals. You can do whatever works for you and your lifestyle.
