One thing you will notice when you come to our gym is that right now, it's small! We know that! The choice to start small was intentional. We wanted to be a small gym with BIG heart, growing one athlete at a time so we can truly get to know our athletes and their stories. We wanted to start small enough to know every athlete so you aren't just a number- you're family. We know we aren't the biggest gym there is, but we promise we are the most invested in your kid! Every athlete matters. Every skill matters. Every victory matters. And we knew in order to achieve this we had to start small. We have big plans for Ascent Athletics, and as we grow, we promise your child will be seen, known, and celebrated! We are growing with purpose, coaching with heart and love having you along for the ride with us! Thank you for the support and trusting us to grow right along with your athletes!

With the warmer weather and the pool now open, we wanted to remind our athletes about summertime tumbling safety! Please make sure your athlete brings their water to practice and if they've been in the sun that day to let your coach know! We want everyone to stay safe and healthy this summer both in and out of the gym!
