π£ Fit Theorem Falls Church Studio Closure π£
I am sorry to announce that we will be closing the Falls Church studio effective immediately. Though we have worked to rebuild our membership base since the Covid-19 pandemic, the financial impact of the pandemic has proved too difficult for us to overcome. As a result, we are forced to discontinue operations despite our strong desire to continue.
A fund has been established to refund members who are eligible for a refund. Please review the terms of your contract to determine eligibility. All refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms of the Agreement you signed and Virginia state law.
To request a refund, please send an email to: [email protected]
Include your name, contract date, amount paid and reason for refund. Allow up to 45 days for processing.
For those of you participating in the 6-week challenge, partial refunds will be offered based upon the number of weeks you have participated and your compliance with the program requirements. If you have any questions, please direct them to the email address above.
I am sorry that we will no longer be able to provide our brand of fitness classes to all of you who supported our business and the Falls Church community in general. I know that many of you came to enjoy and rely on our classes. This was a very difficult decision.
On behalf of the entire Fit Theorem team, we wish you all the best in your continued pursuit of your fitness goals.
Recipe of the week: "Cucumber Sandwich"
Ingredients:
2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1 tablespoon low-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon sliced fresh chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
ΒΌ teaspoon ground pepper
2 slices whole-wheat sandwich bread

cup thinly sliced English cucumber
Directions:
Step 1:
Stir cream cheese, yogurt, chives, dill, and pepper together in a small bowl until well blended. Spread the mixture evenly on one side of each bread slice. Top 1 slice with cucumber slices, then top with the other bread slice, cream cheese-side down. Cut the crusts from the sandwich and cut it in half diagonally.

Recipe of the week: "Spinach & Feta Frittata"
Ingredients:
8 large eggs
ΒΌ teaspoon ground pepper
ΒΌ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
4 cups baby spinach (half of a 5-oz. bag), chopped
ΒΌ cup crumbled feta
Directions:
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 400Β°F.
Step 2:
Whisk eggs, pepper and salt in a large bowl.
Step 3:
Heat oil in a medium ovenproof nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add spinach; cook, stirring occasionally, until wilted, about 3 minutes. Add the egg mixture and sprinkle with feta. Transfer the pan to the oven.
Step 4:
Bake until the frittata is set, about 10 minutes
