The best gym dog there is just turned 14! The old man still has plenty of get up with his obsessive barking and 25 trips outside a day. He just needs a little more sleep to recover is all.

We’re teaming up with to dial it in over the next 12 weeks by adjusting some behaviors;
🟢hitting the gym consistently
🔵eating a little better
🟢prioritizing sleep more
🔵managing stress better
🟢being more active without just chasing “cardio”
We’ll retest in 12 weeks to see what type of muscle we can build, fat we can lose, and overall fitness we can improve. The major goal here is to establish a lifestyle and habits that will continue to lead to improvements long after the 12 weeks. Everything need s a beginning though, and that’s what this 12 week challenge represents, the beginning of the rest of your journey, not just a sprint to a finish line.

Bella n Beer tomorrow (Wednesday 9/16) is an important one as we say goodbye to Madison. So start off with class at 6 then stock around for some Super Chicken in the gym afterwards.
Message us if you plan on coming so we can have enough chicken(s).
