The SHBR Dive team welcomes kids of all ages, from 5 year olds with a "pencil" jump, to high schoolers with flips, twists and reverses. Join us!

The SHBR Dive team, the Seals, are well prepared for a strong and fun season! Kids of any age can join us, learning to dive for fun or more seriously, for their high school or club teams, with flips, twists and reverses.
