My favorite part? Just having the time and space to continue to cultivate these amazing relationships. Can't wait until next time. 💜

These people! These people complete my heart. They are the reason I keep teaching this amazing format. No pics at dinner, but we talked about the power of community in exercise and we have it at the Falls Church community center! Whether you made it out tonight or not, if you've taken my WERQ class before, thank you for your joy and your energy week after week. It makes me so outrageously happy being in that room with you every Monday, smiling, laughing, and sweating to our favorite songs. Thank you for a truly magical 11 years. Here's to 11 more. 💜

11 years ago today I made a choice that would change my life forever. I decided to get certified to become a instructor. On the outside, WERQ Dance Fitness looks like a fitness format like so many others, but for many of us it's much deeper than that. .werqfitness has WERQed hard to create one of the most magical instructor communities I have ever encountered. Maybe 5 years ago I was granted the great privilege of joining her rep team, and since then I have met so many amazing people from all over the country. But even more importantly, as I've been on this journey I have met so many amazing participants through my work at Vantage Fitness, Longfellow Middle School, and most prominently the Falls Church community center. I love my fitness family so much, and I'm so excited to celebrate my WERQiversary with everyone tomorrow. I hope you can join us, and if you plan to come to dinner, please RSVP on the link in my story.
