NHỮNG NGÀY ĐẦU TIÊN

Hơn 15 năm trước, tôi cũng là một cô sinh viên ngành kế toán, chỉ nghĩ Excel là một môn học phụ, thậm chí là phụ nhất trong các loại phụ. Thứ mình quan tâm lúc đó là các môn chuyên ngành, rồi tốt nghiệp ra trường cho nhanh để đi tìm việc làm. Mặc dù mình là người giỏi nhất lớp về môn học Excel nhưng cũng chẳng mấy tự hào, bởi mình không gặp khó khăn gì với môn học này. Mình chỉ thấy lạ là mọi người khá vất vả với nó. Trên lớp mình thường được giáo viên tín nhiệm thay cô hướng dẫn cho các bạn. Những gì trên lớp dạy hầu như mình đã biết hoặc chỉ học một lúc đã hiểu ngay. Bởi thế mình thấy Excel chẳng có gì đáng nói. Biết thế là đủ, biết nữa cũng chẳng để làm gì.

Đến khi ra trường tìm việc làm, mình nhận ra một điều là: toàn bộ hồ sơ của bản thân không có gì nổi bật, rất khó để cạnh tranh với những người khác. Kinh nghiệm bằng 0. Kỹ năng có một chút nhưng chẳng dùng được. Cái gọi là "biết nhưng chưa hiểu", "có nhưng chưa thành thạo" là một điểm yếu chí mạng với bản thân khi ấy. Mình cũng chỉ lờ mờ cảm nhận được thôi chứ chưa rõ ràng như bây giờ. Kết quả là phải lăn lộn một thời gian mình mới có một công việc. Ấy thế mà công việc đó lại không như bản thân kỳ vọng....
