Join us annually on the 3rd Saturday in October for world-class racing, epic tailgates, food trucks, shopping & more, all to support RWJ Somerset & regional healthcare charities. The annual Far Hills Race Meeting – the country’s most prestigious steeplechase event and one of New Jersey’s most unique and beloved social events – is held on the 3rd Saturday of October at Moorland Farm in Far Hills, NJ. The event is sponsored by Open Road Auto Group to benefit RWJ Somerset and healthcare charities in the region. The highlight of the day’s races is the Grand National, steeplechasing’s richest race, which draws a highly competitive field of premier horses from around the world. There are many different ways to attend the Race- whether it’s a reserved parking tailgate for which the event is known, by attending either of the two all-inclusive concepts, or with a private tent for a truly unique experience, Far Hills offers a beautiful fall day in the country.
