You might have noticed a few new names on the schedule. Becca, Casey, and NaShea have all started their yoga teaching journeys at YUJ, and we are so excited to have welcomed them to our studio.

Join NaShea and Becca every other Tuesday at 9am, and Casey select Wednesday evenings at 7pm all summer long. All of their classes are beginner friendly, rooted in yoga’s ancient systems, and included in your YUJ membership.
