Capturing images of individuals in yoga postures is no simple task. 🎞️🧐

It requires an experienced photographer who is creative, can shift perspectives, and even flow into poses themselves to capture the sweetest shots.

This post is dedicated and honors Emma Lucille Photos, whose work consistently astonishes us. She brings the YUJ brand to life online and across many platforms, and as an active member she does her best to highlight what she adores most about our space with you.

More Mat Pilates ✨💪🔥

We’re spicing up your Friday evenings this fall. Move with either Keasha or Sami during Heated Mat Pilates at 5 PM starting September 3rd.

This class is designed with precise pilates breathing and unique props that support your deep abdominals , including bands, magic circles, balls, sliders, and small hand weights.

Mats are provided, but you’re going to want a towel in-hand and water bottle. 💦

The YUJ Scholarship Fund is our dedicated in-house initiative that we established in 2023 to make our studio classes and memberships more accessible for those in need.

We have proudly assisted more than 30 individuals, from new mothers eager to resume movement, to college students navigating tighter budgets and schedules, and veterans seeking a welcoming environment to care for their mind and body.

If you’d like to apply for a scholarship, simply send an email to [email protected] and include a brief paragraph explaining how a complimentary 3 month membership would positively impact your life.

Rest assured, every application will be met with compassion and confidentiality, and everyone will receive a response. 🤍
