FANS OF THE GAME ❤️🏒

All season long we’ve celebrated our Fans of the Game. From Grant and Cam in the booth keeping us entertained, to Bruce the grandpa/singer for the National Anthem, to Chad Maloy behind the lens capturing magical moments. We’ve heard cheers from grandparents, parents, siblings, friends, students, teachers — the list goes on and on all cheering for our Eagles.

But tonight, we flip the script… because this one isn’t about the crowd.

It’s about you.

The boys who showed up day after day, laced up skates when they were exhausted, played through bumps and bruises, and left everything they had on the ice. The ones who battled for each other, celebrated every little win, and grew into something way bigger than a team — a family.

We have loved every second of watching you compete, grow, and play with heart. You gave us thrilling moments, unforgettable memories, and a season we will never forget.

So for the final time this year, the honor goes to the ones who made it all possible — the players themselves.

We have loved watching you play… and we will always be your biggest fans. ❤️

Tonight’s loudest section didn’t come from the student section… it came from the Salberg Family Cheer Squad 😄

Aunts, uncles, cousins — basically the entire family tree — rolled in deep to cheer on Carter and Dylan. Rumor has it they needed a group text, a seating chart, and possibly a roll call just to keep track of everyone.

They brought the energy, the noise, and at least three different people yelling “SHOOT!” at the exact same time.

Nothing like family showing up big — because when the Salbergs play, it’s clearly a full-family production. 👏

🚨 Throwback Thursday: Coach’s Edition 🚨

Before they were running the bench… they were rocking the flow, taping their own sticks, and probably chirping someone on the ice. 😄

🏒 Coach Metcalf (Head Coach) – The big boss. Deep hockey IQ, oversees the whole program, and yes… still the loudest voice in the rink. If you hear yelling, just assume it’s coming from him and it probably means something important.

🛡️ Coach Tandeski (Defense) – The blue line general. Equal parts yeller and hype man. Famous for fire-up speeches that can get the whole bench ready to jump the boards. Also the guy who builds players up when they need it most.

🥅 Coach Toussaint (Forwards & Goalies) – The young, always-smiling, always-upbeat coach of the crew. A former goalie who’s officially switched to the good side to coach for the Eagles. He loves to have fun with the boys and keeps things loose — but he’s also the first one to get after them when they start screwing around. And if you hear “17 MILES!” before a period… the boys know exactly what he is talking about. 😄

From their playing days to leading the program today — these three bring the knowledge, the passion, and just the right amount of volume. 😉 Thanks, coaches, for everything you do to grow the game and keep the love of hockey strong! 🏒🔥
