My friend Nick bought a new bike the other day

This may not be about the shop or about bikes but I’m trying to get this boy a promotion He’s the best adventure buddy you could ask for. He’s more game for adventure than I am sometimes. He free runs, he pulls like his breed knows how to do but most importantly he’s a kind soul. So to let’s raise a glass (one of dog brew for the one without thumbs) and cheers to innovation and happy dogs lapping up their favorite drink.

Looking back at the start of Covid, which seems like a very long time ago, so many people made quarantine resolutions to spend more time outside and try new things.

Whether that’s walking your pet an extra block in the morning, biking an extra 5 miles or enjoying a meal outside a few times a week. Did you stick with it?

This year I challenge you again to and spend some extra time outside soaking in that rare winter sun and breathing in some fresh air.
