Two great days of championship golf was had this week (so far) on the 2026 Steve Weidner FM Junior Golf Tour! ⛳

Monday at Fargo Country Club, our junior golfers battled sticky summer heat and one of the area’s toughest courses, showing resilience, determination, and great sportsmanship every step of the way.

Tuesday at Oxbow Country Club, the 15+ divisions closed out the season point leader battle with a true championship test. Congratulations to Oxbow event champions Jacobi Sunram (76) and Madi Schue (77).

After an incredible summer of competition, improvement, and unforgettable memories, the final week of the FMJGT season is set to take place at two of the Red River Valley's premier golf courses. Every shot, every putt and every leaderboard position will matter as our players close out an amazing tour and our 2026 Season Point Leaders are finalized.

NOTES: Its going to be warm, please bring water bottles AND Dress Code enforced (Shirts must have collars, no denim, no cargo shorts)

Monday, July 6 – Fargo Country Club
All FMJGT Divisions will tee it up at the historic Fargo Country Club with an 8:30 AM shotgun start for 13-14/15+ Divisions.
11-12 Divisions will play 9 holes with tee times starting at 9am off Hole #10.

One of the region's most prestigious and beautiful courses, Fargo Country Club offers immaculate fairways, rolling greens and a classic championship layout that will test every part of a player's game. With every division competing together, the atmosphere promises to be electric as players battle for one final opportunity to finish their season on a high note.

Tuesday, July 7 – Oxbow Country Club
The excitement continues as the 15+ Division heads to Oxbow Country Club for 9:30 AM tee times.

Known for its outstanding conditioning, scenic setting and challenging design, Oxbow Country Club provides the perfect stage for our oldest competitors to conclude their FMJGT season. Precision, patience and confidence will be rewarded as players take on one of the area's finest golf courses.

Mother Nature had other plans, but our players showed awesome flexibility and resilience by adjusting to a 9-hole tournament at The Meadows due to the weather. Way to stay focused, compete, and make the most of the day!
Now it’s on to our next stop! Best of luck to our 11-12 and 13-14 divisions tomorrow at Prairiewood Golf Course. It’s an 8:00 a.m. shotgun start, so be sure to arrive early, be ready to play and have fun!

Blue skies, great shots and a little friendly competition! ⛳☀️ Our juniors took on Village Green Golf Course for the second stop of the tour, battling for low scores, points and bragging rights while enjoying a beautiful day on the course. Great Job Juniors!

FMJGT is ready for a great day tomorrow at Event #2 at Village Green Golf Course!

All 18-hole divisions (Ages 13–14 and 15+) will begin with a 7:30 a.m. shotgun start. Tee times for the 9-hole division (Ages 11–12) will closely follow. Please register 1/2 hour before your starting time.

We are also asking for a little help from parents and guardians. If you have a few extra minutes at drop-off or pick-up, we would appreciate assistance shuttling juniors out to their starting holes for our 7:30 shotgun. If you are able to help, please check in at the registration table by 7:15 a.m.
We are looking to shuttle players to the following holes:
12A, 12B, 13A, 14A, 15A, 16A, 17A, and 17B.

We have staff available to assist, but additional help would be greatly appreciated.
