What a great way to wrap up the 2026 Steve Weidner FM Junior Golf Tour! We enjoyed a beautiful day at Osgood Golf Course for our fun 9-hole finale, celebrated with FMJGT Waggle Hats for every player and finished with Sandy's Donuts. ☀️⛳🍩

Congratulations to our division champions: Cadin Guck (Boys 11-12), Axl Roeder (Boys 13-14), Will Brasel (Boys 15+), Hattie Hongess (Girls 11-12), Whitney Schue (Girls 13-14), and Sidney Elliott (Girls 15+). Great playing by all of our juniors to close out an amazing summer season!

It's hard to believe we've reached our final event of the season!

We look forward to seeing everyone on Friday, July 10 at Osgood Golf Course for our final FMJGT tournament. All divisions will play 9 holes, and everyone will begin with a 7:30 a.m. shotgun start. We can't wait to wrap up the season with another fun day of junior golf.

As we head into our final event, we want to sincerely thank all of our junior golfers and their families for your incredible support of the FMJGT this summer. Your enthusiasm, sportsmanship and commitment to the tour made this another outstanding season. We were thrilled with our participation numbers and it's exciting to see so many young golfers continuing to grow their love for the game.

A special thank you also goes to our Tournament Director staff. I can't thank them enough for their time and dedication for making our events run smoothly and providing a positive experience for every player. We are incredibly grateful for their commitment to junior golf.

ALSO, Thank you to our generous courses and PGA Golf Professionals. They are the center of our organization allowing us tee times at their very busy courses. With their support, we take pride in serving junior golfers of the FM Community for 40+ years!! We look forward to celebrating one more great day of golf with all of you at Osgood!

Two great days of championship golf was had this week (so far) on the 2026 Steve Weidner FM Junior Golf Tour! ⛳

Monday at Fargo Country Club, our junior golfers battled sticky summer heat and one of the area’s toughest courses, showing resilience, determination, and great sportsmanship every step of the way.

Tuesday at Oxbow Country Club, the 15+ divisions closed out the season point leader battle with a true championship test. Congratulations to Oxbow event champions Jacobi Sunram (76) and Madi Schue (77).

After an incredible summer of competition, improvement, and unforgettable memories, the final week of the FMJGT season is set to take place at two of the Red River Valley's premier golf courses. Every shot, every putt and every leaderboard position will matter as our players close out an amazing tour and our 2026 Season Point Leaders are finalized.

NOTES: Its going to be warm, please bring water bottles AND Dress Code enforced (Shirts must have collars, no denim, no cargo shorts)

Monday, July 6 – Fargo Country Club
All FMJGT Divisions will tee it up at the historic Fargo Country Club with an 8:30 AM shotgun start for 13-14/15+ Divisions.
11-12 Divisions will play 9 holes with tee times starting at 9am off Hole #10.

One of the region's most prestigious and beautiful courses, Fargo Country Club offers immaculate fairways, rolling greens and a classic championship layout that will test every part of a player's game. With every division competing together, the atmosphere promises to be electric as players battle for one final opportunity to finish their season on a high note.

Tuesday, July 7 – Oxbow Country Club
The excitement continues as the 15+ Division heads to Oxbow Country Club for 9:30 AM tee times.

Known for its outstanding conditioning, scenic setting and challenging design, Oxbow Country Club provides the perfect stage for our oldest competitors to conclude their FMJGT season. Precision, patience and confidence will be rewarded as players take on one of the area's finest golf courses.

Mother Nature had other plans, but our players showed awesome flexibility and resilience by adjusting to a 9-hole tournament at The Meadows due to the weather. Way to stay focused, compete, and make the most of the day!
Now it’s on to our next stop! Best of luck to our 11-12 and 13-14 divisions tomorrow at Prairiewood Golf Course. It’s an 8:00 a.m. shotgun start, so be sure to arrive early, be ready to play and have fun!
