Fargo Moorhead Softball Hall of Fame

The Fargo Moorhead Softball Hall of Fame board is seeking nominations for the class of 2026. Fargo Moorhead Softball Hall of Fame mission statement is to recognize men, women and teams who have played a passionate role in the growth and development of slow-pitch or fast-pitch softball in the Fargo Moorhead area and who’s abilities, performances, and services were considered outstanding by their peers. The nomination deadline for this year’s class is February 15, 2026. Please send a Messenger chat to the Fargo Moorhead Softball Hall of Fame with the nominee's name. Application process details will be provided upon nomination suggestion.

The Fargo Moorhead Softball Hall of Fame Ceremony for 2025 is scheduled for August 16 at 2 p.m. and will be held at the North Softball Complex. The event is open to the public, and everyone is encouraged to attend.

• Chuck “Butch” Evert – Men’s fast-pitch softball
• Dean Wixo – Men’s slow-pitch softball
• DaLee Wilkinson – Women’s slow-pitch softball
• Brittany Rheault Kapaun – Club, high school, and college fast-pitch softball
• Tim Rheault – Girls club fast-pitch softball coach and men’s fast-pitch softball player
• Klevgaard Construction (1989–2002) – Women’s slow-pitch softball (team). Team members: Diane Klevgaard Jones, Jill DeVries, Sue Phillips Klabunde, Holly Heitkamp, Kristi Kassenborg Trautwein, Kay Kassenborg Edwards, Deb Lien, Kari Tuton, Rene Smith, Wanda Meslow, Nancy Meers, Lashalle Boehm Leingang, Carolyn Wilberts, Tracy Baily McGillis, Patty Schmidt, Lynette Mund Johnson, Leora Appel, Kim Kassenborg Ulven and Brenda Hubrig Radloff.

The inductees represent dedication, achievement, and sportsmanship, each leaving a lasting impact on the region’s softball scene. Family, friends, teammates, and fans are invited to gather at the celebration and show their support for these remarkable contributors whose commitment and talent have elevated the sport. The festivities will include speeches, award presentations, and a chance for attendees to congratulate the honorees and reminisce about memorable seasons.
