If you’re not getting the results you hoped for this year, don’t assume it’s the market.

Most of the time, it’s the strategy.

I’ve spent the last couple of years building a community of growth-minded Realtors who want to generate more business, serve clients at a higher level, and build businesses they’re proud of.

Every week I host a FREE 2-hour lead generation session where I share the exact systems, strategies, and tactics i’m using right now in my own business.

These sessions are part of the community I lead at Real Brokerage, and if you’re curious about what we’re building or would like to learn more, send me a DM.

I’d be happy to answer your questions and see if it’s a fit for you.

Comment SYSTEM and I’ll send you a breakdown of exactly how I run my real estate business, generate consistent leads, and the daily activities I prioritize to keep my pipeline full.

I think our industry overcomplicates success.

In reality, most agents don’t have a systems problem.

They have an activity problem.

Your business grows from two things:

• Having conversations with potential clients.
• Creating content or marketing that leads to conversations with potential clients.

Everything else is there to support those two activities.

If you consistently create attention through video, email, social media, phone calls, and DMs, you’ll have opportunities.

If you avoid those things, no brokerage, coach, or software will magically fix your business.

The fundamentals aren’t exciting. But they’re incredibly profitable.

I just spent the last 5 days in Fargo, North Dakota.

The plan was simple: attend roundtables, mastermind with other leaders, build relationships, and consume an unhealthy amount of iced coffee.

What I love most about these events isn’t the destination… it’s the conversations. Real estate is so much more than buying and selling homes. I genuinely enjoy the world of operations, marketing, leadership, accountability, strategy, and what it takes to build something meaningful.

I came here hoping to learn a few things and meet some great people. I left with far more than that.

I had the opportunity to connect with incredible professionals, share ideas, see what was working for others and contribute where I could.

A sincere thank you to everyone I met and spent time with this week. The relationships and conversations were the highlight of the trip.

Until next time, Fargo.

Just do the work.

Real estate rewards the agent who can perform consistently when results aren’t immediate, when motivation disappears, and when nobody is watching.

A lot of careers are built on the boring days.

What you do on the days you don’t feel like doing it usually determines where you’ll be 3 months from now.

I think our industry has a standards problem.

Too many agents think the job is getting the listing.

The job is delivering an exceptional result.

Every listing should have a plan.
Every seller should know what’s happening.
Every property should be presented at its absolute best.

That’s what professionals do.

And professionals get referred.

P.S. One of the highest ROI things I do after a sale is send a ā€œSuccess Letterā€ to nearby homeowners showing the strategy, demand, and result we achieved.

One sale should lead to the next.

Comment LETTER and I’ll send you the exact template I use.

One of the biggest reasons agents struggle isn’t a lack of effort.

It’s a lack of proximity.

Proximity to people doing more.

Proximity to better ideas.

Proximity to systems that are actually working right now.

Every week inside our community, we’re sharing what we’re using in our own businesses.

Actual presentations.

Actual lead generation strategies.

Actual client conversion systems.

The goal isn’t to motivate agents.

The goal is to help them close more deals, create better client experiences, and build businesses they can be proud of.

This week we covered three different topics that directly impact an agent’s ability to win clients and serve them at a higher level.

If you’re an agent who’s tired of trying to figure everything out on your own, send me a message.

I’d be happy to show you what we’re building inside More Than Agents.

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized that success isn’t a very good filter for who someone is.

I’ve met wealthy people I’d never trust.

I’ve met people with very little who would give you the shirt off their back.

Character has no income requirement.

No title requirement.

No follower requirement.

It’s simply the collection of decisions you make when there’s an easier option available.

Business has a funny way of amplifying who you already are.

The shortcuts get bigger.

The temptations get bigger.

The consequences get bigger.

But the test stays the same.

Do the right thing when it’s inconvenient.

That’s a principle that has served me far better than any sales script, marketing strategy, or business plan ever has.

A few years ago, I believed success in real estate meant working harder.

What I eventually realized is that hard work isn’t the problem.

It’s working on things that don’t compound.

The internet changed the game.

For the first time in history, a realtor can build trust with thousands of people simultaneously.

Yet most agents are still using social media as if it’s a digital flyer.

The agents winning today aren’t necessarily better salespeople.

They’re better communicators.

They understand attention.
They understand positioning.

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping agents build modern businesses.

Not because social media is some magic bullet.

But because I’ve seen what happens when great agents finally learn how to get their message in front of the right people.

If you’re an agent who’s tired of feeling like you’re constantly starting from zero every month, send me a message.

I’d be happy to learn about your business and see if our marketing group at Real could help.

Most agents think success means selling more homes every year.

But eventually you realize… if your income resets every January, you didn’t build freedom.

You built a higher-paying treadmill.

That’s what completely changed my perspective on this industry.

I still believe production comes first.

Become exceptional at helping clients. Learn marketing. Learn lead generation. Learn negotiation.

But if you’re already building relationships, creating content, helping other agents, and growing a network…

why wouldn’t you build leverage too?

The industry is changing.

The agents who win long term won’t just sell homes.

They’ll build communities, media, systems, and ecosystems around their business.

That’s the conversation more agents need to start having.

If you’re curious about what we’re building at Real and inside More Than Agents, send me a DM.

Our inaugural More Than Agents Spring BBQ reminded me why community matters so much in this business.

Every week, our group gathers virtually 3 times a week to mastermind, share strategies, troubleshoot challenges, and help each other level up.

But beyond the business, it’s important to actually enjoy the journey too.

Not everyone could make it out, as our community now stretches across multiple provinces and states, but for those of us in Toronto, it was a great chance to connect, laugh, and spend time together outside of work.

The future of real estate isn’t isolation. It’s collaboration, shared ideas, accountability, and building alongside people who genuinely want to see each other win.

If you want to learn more about our marketing group at Real Broker and what we’re building through More Than Agents, message anyone tagged in this post.
